My work is rooted in lived contemplation, deep listening, and the slow, honest unfolding of inner truth. For over fifteen years, I’ve served as a guide in many forms, through one to one mentoring, small group work, ceremony, creative transmission, and intimate retreat spaces. What I offer has never been about methods or systems, but about presence. About creating a space where people can meet themselves more fully, with clarity, compassion, and integrity, and without being rushed or shaped into something they’re not.

I’ve always been inwardly oriented. As a child, I was naturally attuned to subtle realms and to the presence of loved ones who had passed. Reality never felt flat or singular to me. That sensitivity shaped how I listened, how I perceived people, and how I made sense of the world, long before I had language for it.

​

In 2014, a spontaneous seizure induced near-death experience became an irrevocable turning point in my life. It wasn’t an overnight awakening or a moment of sudden certainty, but something that quietly altered my relationship with reality itself. It set my life on a clearer inward trajectory toward self-realisation, embodiment, and truth, and it continues to inform the steadiness of my presence and the way I hold space. It’s not something I speak about often, but it lives underneath everything I do.

For over eight years now, the Gene Keys have been a companion in my life. What began as self-study gradually became a way of orienting my inner world, my relationships, my work, and my sense of service. I’m a certified Gene Keys Guide and have shared this body of work through private sessions, small group journeys, invitation-only subscription spaces and memberships, ceremony, and a pre-recorded fourteen-part Gene Keys course. I don’t experience the Gene Keys as something to teach, but as a living language that continues to shape how I listen and meet reality.

Human Design has also deeply informed how I live and work. I’m a 2/4 Splenic Projector, with a natural gift for pattern recognition and intuitive insight, and for seeing beneath the surface of what’s being presented. This awareness quietly guides how I hold space and support clarity, timing, and coherence, particularly for those navigating leadership, influence, and meaningful work.

Threaded through all of my work is a lived relationship with Alchemy, Kundalini, Tantra, quantum physics, and Reality Transurfing. These aren’t techniques I apply or identities I lead with, rather they’re devotional currents that shape how I inhabit my body, relate to others, and engage with life itself. Through this lens, transformation is allowed rather than forced. Energy is listened to rather than driven. Sovereignty emerges through intimacy with experience, presence, and an honest meeting with what’s here.

​

I also hold a deep understanding of shadow and its role in transformation. I don’t see shadow as something to fix or overcome, but as something to allow, accept, and know more intimately. The shadow after contains the seed of our gifts. When we’re willing to sit with ourselves without judgment, something naturally reorganises, and the gift reveals itself in its own time.

​

Over the years, my work has moved fluidly between energetic, creative, and practical realms. I’m a Reiki practitioner, a long-time cacao connoisseur and facilitator, and I’ve stewarded and shared ceremonial cacao through both business and private channels for over eight years. I’ve supported creatives, leaders, CEOs, founders, and visionaries to clarify and express the essence of their work, including through brand identity, frequency-based design, and what I once called LightLogos, visual glyphs created to capture the energetic signature of a person or business. I continue to create Gene Keys inspired mandala heARTwork as part of my own personal journey, and I’ll share these more widely when the timing feels right.

In this season of life, much of my energy is devoted to writing, small private invitation-only gatherings, and guiding beings who are in genuine resonance with my field. I work best in relationship and alignment, and I choose to mentor only a small number of people at a time. When I do work one to one, it’s intuitive and responsive, shaped by what’s alive in the moment, weaving together the Gene Keys, Human Design, astrology, the quantum field, energetic healing, wellbeing, nourishment, and lived integration.

Everything I offer is ultimately in service of one thing, supporting souls to remember and embody their sovereignty, to live grounded, open-hearted, and awake within the human experience, and to meet life with honesty, presence, and truth.
